Youth & Events Executive – RSY-Netzer

A team player is required to provide both comprehensive logistics support to RSY-Netzer, and management and development of the team of sabbatical staff. A pro-active, self-starter competent using Word, Excel and Canva, you will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and locations that will result in delivering quality activities within budget.

You will have a meticulous eye for detail with an ability to interpret financial budget information and able to understand the wider picture when managing a budget in excess of £1m.

Experience of planning significant projects, within deadlines is essential. You must be experienced at working effectively whilst multi-tasking on a variety of activities, whilst remaining calm. You will be using existing systems and managing the logistics for Shemesh 2019 and be part of the forward planning process for 2020.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Movement Workers, who join each year, usually straight from university. You will need to support them in their plans, whilst holding an overview of the bigger picture guiding them to make the right decisions are aligned to the values of RSY-Netzer whilst keeping within budget.

We offer excellent remuneration and benefits together with pro-rata 21 days holiday, rising to 26 days, plus bank and public holidays, plus Jewish holidays as observed by Reform Judaism.

We may be able to be flexible on start dates for the right applicant.
