Robert says that he has been involved with Radlett Reform Synagogue for over 20 years in various capacities as a Council member, Trustee and for 11 of those years as a member of the Executive Board.

In addition to his involvement with the Synagogue he has also served as a UK Trustee for an International charity, Technoserve, which promoted entrepreneurship in the Developing world.

In his professional career he is the Buying Director for a food company, for whom he has worked for nearly 30 years, with a turnover of £360 million and he sits on the Management Committee.

Robert says, “I would very much enjoy the opportunity of working with the Movement to secure its future for the long term and to be a part of a team working with the constituent Synagogues to promote and develop programmes for our members and continue to encourage and enhance Reform Judaism.”
