Gilly joined Reform Judaism in 2002 as HR Manager with 18 years commercial experience within HR. Over the years, Gilly has expanded her role and knowledge, heading up the Community Partnership team before taking on the role of HR Director. With the excellent and long term relationships Gilly has forged over the years, she now provides HR support and advice to lay leaders and professionals within our communities on aspects of Human Resources. Whilst heading up the HR function within Reform Judaism, Gilly also provides HR advice to the Jewish Joint Burial Society and the Manor House Trust.
