Amit is Reform Judaism’s Director of Community Partnership working with our southern communities. He started in December 2014 after 6.5 years at the New Israel Fund and prior to that was Director of Education at Finchley Reform Synagogue while studying at LSE.  Amit is a member and previous council member of Finchley Reform Synagogue. He is currently also taking another MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change and Birkbeck.

Amit’s role at Reform Judaism involves working with rabbinic, lay leaders and professional staff working together to strengthen our communities. Amit is passionate about strengthening Reform Judaism and our communities by partnering them to achieve greater growth and participation in synagogue life. Amit has three sons and met his wife Zoe at LJY-Netzer when he was a shaliach. In his free time he loves playing the Saxophone, cooking, camping and the beach in Tel Aviv.
