Reform Roadshow visits Southend

Last Sunday, Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner, Senior Rabbi to Reform Judaism, and writer and broadcaster, Rabbi Dr Jonathan Romain of Maidenhead shul visited Southend and District Reform Synagogue, as part of their Reform Judaism Roadshow.

The two well-known ‘media rabbis’ visited Southend as part of their UK tour of UK cities and towns, to speak about and discuss issues relating to Reform Judaism.

They were welcomed by Southend’s Rabbi Warren Elf, and the event was well attended by the local Jewish community.

The visiting rabbis said how much they had enjoyed their visit to Southend.
