Reform Rabbis Pause for Thought
With over six million listeners Pause For Thought on BBC Radio 2 has become an inspirational and positive beacon promoting spirituality and happiness. Now Watkins Publishing together with BBC Radio 2 have gathered together a collection of the most insightful and thought provoking reflections showcased on the daily show, bringing
the Pause For Thought message off air and into hands, allowing people more time to for their daily pause.
The book features an exciting range of contributors across all religions including Reform rabbis. Regular contributors to the radio broadcasts featured in the book are Rabbi Baroness Julia Neuberger, Senior Rabbi of West London Synagogue and Rabbi Debbie Young-Somers, Reform Judaism’s Community Educator.
The book is split into seven chapters: Live Boldly, Challenge Perceptions, Understand, Connect, Love, Be Thankful and Let Go.
All the chapters reinforce the positive message of Pause For Thought: promoting happiness and psychological wellness, despite all the challenges we face, inspired by all faiths.
The book will be published on 20 October.
