Reform Judaism statement on Israel’s Regulation Law

Reform Judaism, as a committed supporter of a democratic and pluralistic Israel expresses its deep concern at the passing of the Regulation Law retroactively legalising West Bank outposts. We await the outcome of any decision of the Supreme Court in Israel challenging this law. The Government of Israel has shown that it attaches great importance to honouring court decisions and that it will enforce the law among all sectors of the population, as was evident during the painful evacuation of Amona.
