Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner at the Cenotaph

Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner, Senior Rabbi to Reform Judaism represented the Movement at the National Service of Remembrance, held at the Cenotaph in Whitehall on Remembrance Sunday.

Rabbi Janner-Klausner said: “It is always an immense honour to represent Reform Judaism at this moving and beautiful ceremony. Religious leaders from the diverse communities that make up the United Kingdom stood together in remembering those who gave their lives in war. May they be at peace in their place of rest and may we honour their sacrifice by working ceaselessly to avoid war in the future.”
