Pay your taxes, says the Torah

In a piece for the JC, Rabbi Dr Jonathan Romain of Maidenhead Synagogue looks at the issue of tax avoidance, arguing that as a community we should not honour those who avoid taxes.
He asserts that: “taxes are about mutual responsibility and the sort of society to which we aspire… a world with taxes is far happier than one without them.”
