Finchley Reform Synagogue is a dynamic and growing community with over 800 families and more than 600 young people. Our Youth Journey begins at pre-school and continues through a range of exciting programmes for every age group, including residential weekends, holiday programmes and leadership training.
This part time role will see you developing programmes for all ages, ideally with a particular focus around younger children, including those in the Early Years, and more generally within the primary school age range.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with experience of leadership within a Jewish youth movement. A confident communicator with an understanding of appropriate boundaries in communicating with young people, you must have experience of planning age-appropriate events that embrace Reform Jewish values.
You will be part of a committed and supportive team, and you will have an opportunity to discuss your own ideas and initiatives. This position involves working some evenings and weekends.
