Marcia Singer – Database and Fundraising Administrator
Marcia joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2007. She works as an administrator for fundraising and finance, as well as sales of books and certificates to our Reform Synagogues.

Kathryn Forro – Senior Executive Assistant
Kathryn joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in October 2023. She is the Senior Executive Assistant to Rabbi Josh Levy, CEO of The Movement for Reform Judaism and Rabbi Charley Baginsky, CEO of Liberal Judaism. Previously, Kathryn worked for West London Synagogue for 16 years with a wealth of experience as a PA/Events Co-ordinator.

Lynsey Goodmaker – Beit Din Assistant
Lynsey joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in August 2018 as the Beit Din Assistant. Lynsey is responsible for Reform Judaism’s Beit Din administration.

Naomi Raanan – Community & Education Manager
Naomi joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2021 as our Community Education and Youth Manager. Her role is to support all communities with their Education and youth provision and support the connections between their work and RSY-Netzer.

Marsha joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 1994. She works as part-time Book-Keeper for Reform Judaism, Leo Baeck College, Manor House Trust and later Shofar Day Care Nursery.

April joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2011. She provides Finance support (budgeting, cash management, bursaries) for RSY-Netzer, and wider documentation across the organisation.

Alison joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2017. She is responsible for the delivery of accounting systems, protocols and procedures for our four charitable entities; The Movement for Reform Judaism, Leo Baeck College, Shofar, and The Manor House Trust.

Debra McCourt – IT Helpdesk and Database Manager
Debra joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 1997. She provides First Line support on the IT Helpdesk across the organisation. Other responsibilities include upkeep of data on the organisation’s membership database, staff IT inductions, and user training of software packages.

Gary Naseby – Head of IT
Gary joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2007. He is currently the Head of IT and is responsible for and manages our ICT-related systems and services as well as playing a key role in data governance strategy and policy decision making.

Graham Miller – Senior Media Executive
Graham joined the Movement for Reform Judaism in 2021. He is responsible for liaising with both Jewish and mainstream media, providing media training, and public speaking proficiency. Graham also authors MRJ’s festival messages and formal announcements.
