JJBS Database Manager – PT Remote Working

The Jewish Joint Burial Society (JJBS) is seeking a person who can provide the updating and new entry of synagogue members onto our database.

The database is a very important part of the society providing information in the case of a death and also correct numbers for our actuaries.

The successful candidate will be required to proactively liaise with synagogue administration staff to ensure that all records are received punctually and in the correct format.  Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy of the database.

Whilst our preference is for someone with knowledge of MS Access, consideration will be given to an experience individual who is happy to train on this software.

We see the role as a part time one, working from home for an average of 4 hours a week, although more hours will be required initially to bring the system up to date.
