Homeless people in Barnet need you!
Hendon Reform Synagogue runs a shelter for carefully vetted homeless on Wednesday nights during the winter months in association with Together in Barnet and Homeless Action in Barnet. The community are looking for more volunteers; here are just some of the ways you can help:
- off-site cooking
- chatting to guests
- transporting bedding to the next venue
- staying overnight
- welcoming guests
- clearing up in the morning
Please come along to an information evening on Wednesday 23 November at 20:00 at Hendon Reform Synagogue, Danescroft Ave, NW4 2NA.
