Location: Wanstead/Cheshunt & Home Flexible – 20 hours/week

Who are we?

The Jewish Joint Burial Society provides funerals for congregants of member synagogues

 Who are you?

An Accountant (AAT or better)

An excellent communicator, with experience of staff supervision, financial reporting, management and statutory accounts and the preparation of annual budgets

Accurate, have attention to detail with experience of reviewing information and providing commentary and an audit trail

Someone with experience of managing an IT function for a small organisation, ideally in the not for profit sector

A competent user of accounting software and MS Office (Excel)

Someone who is happy to work flexible to meet the peaks and troughs of work throughout the year

Flexible working with the opportunity of some working from home
