In collaboration with JAMI (the Jewish community’s mental health charity), Kol Chai presents a series of interactive sessions exploring various aspects of mental health and wellbeing and the impact that the pandemic has had on all of us. Each session will be led by an experienced speaker from JAMI.

Are you finding yourself working longer and longer hours with less and less motivation? Or are you emotionally worn out by the cost of caring for others? Whatever the cause, many of us are experiencing burnout at the moment. Explore what is burnout, how to recognise it, and to find strategies for prevention and recovery

As we come out of the latest lockdown and our children go back to school, the world is changing again, and there will be new challenges for us and the people we care for. Join us to explore how we can put in place strategies for returning to the obstacles and opportunities of everyday life.

Tuesday 25 May Learning from lockdown: Keeping in touch with our mental health
This has been a time of unprecedented challenges for everyone in terms of our mental health, but also a time when it has become so much normal for people to talk about their experiences and what they’re finding difficult. In this session we will reflect on the impact of the pandemic on our mental health and think about how we can continue to prioritise our wellbeing.
