In collaboration with JAMI (the Jewish community’s mental health charity), Kol Chai presents a series of interactive sessions exploring various aspects of mental health and wellbeing and the impact that the pandemic has had on all of us. Each session will be led by an experienced speaker from JAMI.

As the sessions will be partly interactive, it would help us if you could register with the shul office by e mail admin@kolchai.org or phone 020 8421 5482 ahead of the meeting.

All sessions commence at 8pm

Tuesday 25 May Learning from lockdown: Keeping in touch with our mental health

This has been a time of unprecedented challenges for everyone in terms of our mental health, but also a time when it has become so much normal for people to talk about their experiences and what they’re finding difficult. In this session we will reflect on the impact of the pandemic on our mental health and think about how we can continue to prioritise our wellbeing.
