Join us as we head into the High Holiday season, helping you prepare for family/children’s services with PJ Library, creatively engage with the themes of the chagim, and learn from the history of Shanah tovah cards with the National Library of Israel.
10 September, 8pm. Log in from the comfort of your home to join Rabbis Debbie Young-Somers and Sandra Kviat to explore creative approaches to the major themes of the High Holidays.
17 September, 8pm. At the Montague Centre, London, W1T 4BE. Yeladim b’yachad – the PJ Library Children Service Training Tour! Get hints and tips on how to use PJ Library stories and resources in your community and engage young families in your area, making the most of the High Holiday crowds! We hope to stream this session too.
22 September, 8pm. Log in from the comfort of your home to join Karen Ettinger of the National Library of Israel as she brings a fascinating collection of antique and modern Shanah tovah cards from the Libraries collection to take us on a journey through Jewish communities and politics. These resources are all available for you to download and take to your classroom afterwards!
