How can we help each other and ourselves with our mental health?

Everyone will be welcome at Kol Chai’s mental health Shabbat service on 12 January which will be followed by a brunch, then a panel discussion on mental health.

There will be representatives on the panel from Harrow Samaritans, OLLIE (One Life Lost is Enough), who work around teenage suicides, and from the Harrow Citizens Mental Health Action Team. The panellists will talk about the current issues affecting society’s mental health and what their organisations are doing. They will then take questions from the floor.

The Shabbat Service will take place from 10.30 – 11.30, the brunch from 11.30 – 12.30 and the panel discussion from 12.30 – 2pm. You are welcome to come to all or part of the event.

Please contact Adam Baker on adambaker999@hotmail.com or Isobel Lawrence howardpaul.lawrence@gmail.com if you would like more information.

Please e mail the Kol Chai office on admin@kolchai.org to confirm your attendance and help us to plan catering.
