Rooting teams in community: building teams that re-energise a community (don’t just fly off)
Building teams is a crucial part of synagogue life if we’re not going to do everything as just a small group of committed individuals and develop leadership. This session looks at how to do this well, without team spinning off to become fiefdoms, slightly irrelevant, or just separate to the main organisation.

Monday 30 November, 8-9.15pm
Relational Communities Under COVID! Is it possible?
This session will include three case studies of communities intentionally embedding Relational culture online. How do they do it and what have they learnt about engagement?

Monday 7 December, 8-9.15pm
Action or Activity: a deep dive in synagogue life
When we have so much on our to do lists, it can feel like we’re just trying to get stuff done, and the mission driven work can feel a long way away. This session looks at how to keep our focus on what we’re trying to get out of stuff when it can feel otherwise like we’re spinning a lot of plates.

Monday 14 December, 8-9.15pm
Evaluating under COVID – How do we know how we are doing?
Under COVID-19 Reform synagogues have raised the bar, innovated and developed. But how can we really know how well we have done? This session will talk about the fundamental principles of effective evaluation which is also fun and engaging.
