Edgware and Hendon celebrate Sukkot and Simchat Torah

Edgware and Hendon Reform Synagogue‘s Sukkah Decorating Party was a huge success with over 60 people attending.

Young children brought along their parents, grandparents, and even great grandparents, and everyone helped to create beautiful designs to decorate a wonderful Noah’s Ark themed sukkah.

The Education and Youth Departments celebrated Simchat Torah by making decorated beautiful flags to wave in the service, making and eating chocolate sprinkle-covered apples, and a decorative Torah scroll.
