This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, talented and enthusiastic Madrich/a or Youth Worker to use their skills and experience to work professionally and take them to the next level.
Working with youth teams within Reform Synagogues across the UK, you will write and facilitate sessions and provide support to the young people and youth leaders that result in improved youth engagement throughout the community, whilst promoting Reform Values and RSY-Netzer.
You will need to be proactive in developing excellent relationships, ooze natural warmth and be creative to ensure that Communities and Youth Leaders feel supported to deliver meaningful and exciting events.
As a highly organised person, you must be able to multi-task and take the lead in planning and running some key high profile projects such as Jack Petchey Awards, development of new programmes, regional events, and community visits.
Your working week will be adjusted to ensure that you are available for substantial evening and weekend work.
