Are you passionate and knowledgeable about Jewish education?

Bromley Reform Synagogue is looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic part-time Head Teacher for its established Cheder.

Our Cheder runs weekly on a Sunday morning in term-time for 70 children aged 5-13, as well as a popular ‘Gan’ (stay & play nursery for under 5s). Bromley Reform Synagogue is situated just outside south-east London, and easily accessible by public transport. During the lock-down, Bromley Reform Synagogue has been running HomeShul – a weekly, virtual version of Cheder.

All potential candidates are warmly invited to contact us to discuss this exciting position as soon as possible. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis. Ideally, the new Head Teacher would start in time for the September term, but we can be flexible if necessary.
