An experienced, diligent proactive Assistant is required to support the running of our Beit Din (religious court). With an empathetic and diplomatic disposition you must be able to demonstrate that you have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
A confidential people person, happy to take responsibility, the successful candidate must be able to work unsupervised, be accurate, thorough and methodical in their approach to their work. With high levels of computer literacy (MS Office), excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be assisting the Beit Din Convenor. Training on our systems and processes will be given.
You will also be required to meet and greet candidates on court days and have a natural kindness that puts them at their ease, making their visit a positive experience.
Whilst we are happy for you to work these hours flexibly, you must be available to work on the days when then the Beit Din is in session (normally Tues/Weds or Thurs) and when the Convenor is in the office (normally Mon/Tues).

In return we offer an excellent remuneration package that includes up to 7% pension contribution (after 2 years) and holidays raising to pro-rata 26 days (after 3 years), plus Jewish holidays as observed by Reform Judaism.
