We are looking for a compentent events organiser to plan comprehensive logistics for our camps, events and tours. A pro-active, self-starter who has a solid understanding of budgets as well as excellent Excel skills are a prequisite.

Working closely with the Director of Informal Education, you will oversee the management of events with a total annual budget of £2m. You must be able to manage your time and multi-task the diverse details for signficiant events with simulatanous deadlines.

You must have major-event experience of delivering the full life-cycle of a project, have an eye for detail, understand the need for accuracy and understand the importance of obtaining best price without compromise on quality or service.

With a critical eye, you will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements which will include utilising your high levels of IT skills to automate procedures wherever possible.

We offer excellent salary, up to 26 days holiday (after 3 years sevice), Jewish holidays as observed by Reform Judaism, Bank and Pulblic holidays, pension that starts at 5% employer contribution rising to 7% after two years.
