sayyedasalamWe're really sorry to have to let you know that for security reasons we have had to postpone the Jericho event on October 18th.  There have been threats of violence to those taking part and after exploring all possible options, we have concluded that we must put their safety first.  Our Palestinian team has been working day and night to put together an incredible event to amplify the strong mandate from the 300,000+ Palestinians that have signed onto the OneVoice Mandate to date and the millions of Palestinians who agree with the mission to deliver a viable Two State solution. This means sadly that we are cancelling our Echo event in London next Thursday 18th October at the Friends Meeting House.

We are confident that our message will still be heard as we have become an integral part of the civil society debate that is now raging in Palestine, thanks to our work and your support.

We’re all obviously very upset  in the office that violence would win over in this way and we’re sorry to have to let you down. If we could ask one further favour of your support, it would be for you to drop a line of support to our Palestinian teams, who are devastated by this news. Nisreen Shaheen is the Executive Director  nisreen@onevoice.ps and Dr. Fathi Darwish the President fdarwish@onevoice.ps.
