Shirei Chagigah is our biennial music conference. Meaning ‘songs of celebration’ it reflects the celebration of music and prayer which we will enjoy over this very special weekend.

It will give you the tools and experiences to learn about and enjoy Jewish music and t’fillah (prayer) and is an opportunity to learn from the world’s foremost experts in the field of Jewish liturgical music. Through a series of workshops and services you will explore the use of music to enhance religious services, learn new melodies and choral harmonies for traditional prayers and be part of a remarkable community.

For a taste of what to expect check out the programme from last time here

We are delighted to be hosted by Radlett Reform Synagogue apart from Friday night which will be at Finchley Reform. For those out of town we will endeavour to find you home hospitality or we have reserved a number of rooms at the Red Lion pub a couple of minutes walk away if you prefer.

If you’d like to be first to know who the faculty will be, what the programme tracks will look like, sessions and everything else email sarita@rjuk.org
