Hello Sarah,
One of our rabbis gave this response:
Mazel tov on your marriage and congratulations for finding time to do anything whilst trying to plan a wedding!! This is not the sort of question that can be answered with a simple yes or no. The Liberal Movement in Britain would look at your situation on an individual basis and would want to understand more about what it means for you to have a Jewish identity. It is likely that in your situation, through their understanding of patrilineal descent you would be considered Jewish. Although the Reform Movement does not recognise patrilineal descent and some sort of conversion process would need to be undergone we would indeed welcome you with open arms. The Reform Rabbinate in Britain would see your upbringing as a means of conferring onto you the Jewish status you already knew you had rather than a conversion from something else to Judaism. Good luck with your conversion process in Paris.
