Community Youth Worker – RSY-Netzer

Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, talented and enthusiastic madrich/a to use their skills and experience to work professionally and take them to the next level.
Working with youth within our synagogues across the UK, you will write and facilitate sessions and provide support to the young people and youth leaders that results in improved youth engagement throughout the community, whilst promoting RSY-Netzer and Reform values.

You will need to be proactive in developing excellent relationships, ooze natural warmth and be creative to ensure that communities and youth leaders feel supported to deliver meaningful and exciting events.

As a highly organised person, you must be able to multi-task and take the lead in planning and running some key high profile projects such as Jack Petchey Awards, European Trips, regional events and Cheder Invaders.

Your working week will be adjusted to ensure that you are available for substantial evening and weekend work.
