A memorable musical night to cherish at Mosaic

Mosaic Jewish Community came alive to the sound of music as an enthusiastic crowd enjoyed the uplifting sounds of the forty-strong Tonic Choir.

Led by Bryan Kesselman and accompanied on piano by Tim Smith, the Choir delivered a programme full of popular favourites – spanning musicals, films and artists down the decades. The audience was treated to classics from Oklahoma, Singing in the Rain, The King and I, Flower Drum Song and Call Me Madam, among many more – all introduced by Bryan’s anecdotes to bring each tune to life.

A particular highlight was a solo from Bryan – an inventive rendition of Maoz Tzur, with lyrics inspired by Lord Byron. A performance everyone there will remember.
